We know that ordering a memorial is a personal and important decision, and we want to make everything about the process as simple and stress-free as possible. If you're ever unsure about anything on this page, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0121 798 2757 we're always happy to help.
Delivery
Standard Delivery : £4.99 on all orders. Memorial benches: £40 due to pallet delivery.
We send items using DHL or InPost's 24-hour tracked service, so your item is looked after every step of the way.
As soon as your item is on its way, we'll email you your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Benches Delivery: £40 (fully assembled and delivered on a pallet.)
How long will it take?
Personalised items (plaques, vases, tablets, headstones): usually 3–5 days to prepare, and we always aim to get it to you as quickly as we can.
Benches: these take a little longer, around 2–3 weeks, as they are fully built and sent on a pallet for extra protection.
If anything causes a delay, we will always let you know straight away.
Need it by a certain date?
If you need your memorial to arrive by a specific date (for example, for an anniversary or service), please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we're able to meet it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before we begin engraving, free of charge.
Once engraving has started, a fee will apply, as your item has already begun being personalised especially for you.
If you'd like to cancel an order, simply contact us and we'll take care of it.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised Items
Because each personalised item — such as plaques, vases, tablets and headstones — is made especially for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds simply for a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error, please let us know straight away and we will put things right for you.
Non-Personalised Items
If you've ordered a non-personalised item, you have the standard 30 days to return it for a full refund.
