We offer FREE tracked delivery to the USA on our memorial products.
Your memorial is carefully made and personalised in the UK before being securely packaged and shipped directly to you.
Are duties and customs charges included?
Yes. We ship to the USA DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means any applicable import duties and customs charges are covered, so you won't receive an unexpected customs bill when your order arrives.
How long will it take?
Our estimated delivery time to the USA is:
5–12 working days
This includes the time required to personalise, prepare and deliver your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before we begin engraving, free of charge.
Once engraving has started, a fee will apply, as your item has already begun being personalised especially for you.
If you'd like to cancel an order, simply contact us and we'll take care of it.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised Items
Because each personalised memorial is made especially for you, we're unable to offer returns or refunds simply for a change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error, please let us know straight away and we will put things right for you.
Non-Personalised Items
If you've ordered a non-personalised item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you'd like to arrange a return.
